When it comes to flying domestic, Jet Airways has always been my first preference. I have traveled with Jet 4-5 times so far and apart was some flight delays, here and there, I don’t have any complains.
The ground staff and even the on-flight staff are always professional yet polite. Compared to other airlines, I have experienced delays only twice so far. Most of the time the flight takes off on the scheduled time. I don’t like the food served in the flight generally, so I don’t eat much while on the flight, hence can’t comment on the food.
Overall, I love the professionalism of the staff, the aircraft is always clean and I also admire the punctuality.
