I have traveled with Airlines like Lufthansa and AirIndia which in my view are far much better than JetAirways.
Below I am sharing why?
Ground Staff Behavior: My mother was travelling from Delhi to BOM and BOM to CDG. The ground staff there were rude to her and when she inquired about the luggage and how the connecting will happen the staff member got frustrated and misguided that "There is no arrangement for her to go from domestic to international airport she have to get there by herself".
In Flight Experience: It is good to cut expenses, but to cut cost on your costumers food and beverages is not a nice move.
Fact: As you know people get in line 3 hours before the flight for check-in. and maybe plus one to three hours from home. It means on average a person spends 4-5 hours before sitting on your plane and then he/she spends 9 hours with you.
Experience: My flight time was 9 O’ clock and I was served dinner at 1 O’ Clock. Nice savings! just pass the time and give a tiny murraku to eat, until half of them are asleep out of no hope of food or starving and then give them dinner after half of flight time so that you may not have to serve again Nice savings!.
Fact: As per wikipedia: In the US, the reference daily intake(RDI) for total water intake is 3.7 litres per day(L/day) for human males older than 18, and 2.7 L/day for human females older than 18.
Experience: I have never seen so lousy and irritating steward who take more than 2 hours to distribute drinks and guess what I am Thirsty again and this time they wont give any thing to drink they wont even look at your face again and 1 more thing the 125ml water cup is a really nice move it is just a pint of water.
if I wana drink lets say 50% of my daily requirement it will be 14 cups that you wont offer.
Every time I was asking for a pint of water I felt like a beggar and this way you are creating more plastic waste then anyone else.
I am not writing this email just because I was an unsatisfied costumer. I am writing this as a mirror for you to see being an Indian company see what quality and picture you are showing to the world. So what I would suggest please travel from other airlines and learn.
So I hope that I never have to fly with Jet Airways again.
