I took this airline for the experience of being the best in the business in the current market was travelling from Delhi to Pune specially boarded the flight from T3(international airport) but I was very disappointed we had an extra luggage. So we had to pay for the baggage and instead of telling the check in counter female that we have shifted for good kindly make some adjustments to waive off the amount. She was very rude. Its not about paying but the attitude was really bad and then seating in the aircraft wasn’t that great enough. They weren’t bothered and the attitude of the staff attendants was pathetic.
I would rate Goair, indigo, spice jet on a higher note. Guys, think and then travel on jet airways.
