We were travelling in a group of 29 passengers from Patna to Delhi in a Jet Airways flight 9W-728 on 7th November, 2013. Our PNR no was ZSKULM. I requested food preference as Jain Veg. food for all the passengers. We had been served an inferior quality of Jain Veg. food which was really difficult for us to eat although we were quite hungry because we traveled a lot to reach Patna.
Most of us left the food without eating which was quite an inconvenient for us because there were no alternative arrangements. Your flight attendant also felt helpless and asked me to provide the feedback in written which I had done but hasn’t got yet any response which is quite disappointing from a reputed airline like Jet Airways.
It is completely a fault in services offerings and created a lot of disappointments.
By this experience we will think twice to travel by Jet Airways in future. I would like to ask Jet Airways to compensate this inconvenience otherwise I need to approach respective authorities. Please also take necessary action with vendor and reply me on priority.
