Jet Airways you have lost it completely! So I booked a ticket from Pune to Chicago last month. I am traveling with a friend of mine and had she not informed me that our flight from Pune to Abu Dhabhi is cancelled, I would not have known and looked for alternate flight. So then, I call up the customer care office in US as well as in India.
They tell me you will have to write an email to change the itinerary. Jet Airways have you hired dumb people or is it just your culture? Because they had no idea what I was looking for! And surprisingly, in the fifth call, they help me to change the itinerary. I asked them why Jet Airways has not informed me about the flight cancellation, the customer care rep talks bullshit! IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE ANSWER, JUST SAY YOU DONT!
The story does not end here. After the change in the itinerary, I was told I will get updated itinerary n 48 hrs which I did not. Also, as they had told me to write an email initially to change the itinerary, which I wrote, Jet Airways promised me that they will get back to me in 72 hrs. I got reply after 5 days. And the reply is the snapshot of the itinerary in their system which is in some sort of code language. Now, how do you expect us to understand your codes Jet Airways?

If you cant provide a service, why sell the tickets in the first place? Flights from Abu Dhabhi to Pune are cancelled till March! This is ridiculous.
Teach your customer care rep how to talk. For 3 minutes, your rep was arguing with me that I should not mentionYOU cancelled the flight I should say Jet Airways cancelled the flight! Jet Airways, doesnt your customer rep represent you? Pathetic customer care service.
You cause INCONVINIENCE to us and you expect us to write emails and make several calls to you?
Why I did not receive any communication about my flight cancellation from you?
