Terrible Customer Service.

Our flight on 02 Feb from Chandigarh to Thiruvananthapuram via Bengaluru was cancelled 48 hours before takeoff and the reason we were initially given was that there was a problem with airport timeslots.


Customer care were very unhelpful, but we eventually managed to reschedule to fly through Delhi. This was cancelled due to fog the evening before takeoff. We enquired at the airport about getting a refund for the cancelled flight but were told to do this online. I emailed Manasi Bhatia (customer relations contact on their website) on 4th February with no reply.


I emailed again on 15 February, copying in Deepika Poojary (listed as the appellate contact) and received a reply from a Verona Dsouza in customer relations saying that my request was being looked into and they would reply at the latest by 28 February. They did not. I emailed again on 5 March, 15 March and 29 March.


All my emails to date have been completely ignored. Jet Konnect have not refunded the cost of the flight which was cancelled. The website claims to have a passenger charter listing passenger rights but ignores these completely.


Terrible and appalling customer service. Be warned and steer well clear of this shambolic airline.
