Added to this, its staff do their 100% in customer satisfaction, be it from hyderabad, mumbai or delhi, very prompt service. I remember when I was very much worried about the boarding passes made by one new staff member of jet airways from hyderabad to new york via london and delhi, but believe me I had a hassel free journey all the way to new york.
