This is my worst experience in jet Airways. Their customer services, the in flight service, in every point they have been a complete disaster for people. Let me tell you my story.
I had my flight from Delhi to Guwahati on 12 January, 2017 via Jet Airways Economy 9W721 at 4: 45pm, I had missed my flight by 15 minutes, my fault and my problem, but the aftermath was horrible, we had pleaded with the gate manager, it was okay that we missed it but we didnt deserve to be treated like that, we were told you have no option, take your stuff and go away, shooing us as if we had not done our payments and rocketed inside without any valid tickets; as we returned via the exit, we had been requesting for our luggage, normally it takes by bad luck at the max an hour, but we waited for about 2 hours for our luggage, on top of that they had kept my boarding pass in the gate which was another big problem while exiting, whats our fault if they dont return the boarding pass. I had said them that the gate manager had kept mine, but they were unwilling to listen to any of my words, blaming it on me again. Customer care is not available for jet Airways, thats what they said for complaining, considering themselves to be the highest authority, they said we are here( apparently) . I want the jet airways service providers of the Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport to LISTEN and THINK with whatever gray matter they have, it is us for whom you are able to earn, learn to respect every kind of passengers you get, both income holders and non-income holders, instead of treating some of your passengers like garbage, in my case because of missing my flight, it was my problem, my issue, we are providing money to get good service and not the crooked expressions on your faces with your dirty tongues.
