Naresh Goel is a cheater. JET AIRWAYS headed by him enrolls the Frequent Flier by holding out a false promise that member can redeem points and avail free air tickets. Fact remains that as and when you redeem your points, no seat would be available with JET AIRWAYS till the time the accumulated points expire, as if the Airline has shut its operations. I have suffered due to arrogance of JET AIRWAYS.
