I have been in jet airways on four occasions - twice international and twice domestic.
Surprisingly,
domestic service was much better than the overseas counterpart . does
it reflect our culture and tradition of treating guest.
though
all the flights were delayed, I dont blame them as the fog was really
dense, both in delhi and london, and there was nothing they could have
done. Infact I was glad they didnt cancel their flights!
The ground staff friendliness and efficiency is comparable to international standards and they were friendly.
Onboard
crew members were pleasant, courteous and responded well to my needs
. except once when they forgot my coffee. ( that could have been
my sixth cup)
the entertainment system rocks! how often you
have a choice of 60 movies for 8 hours flight. Ofcourse you can listen
to hours of music, documentaries, serials, travel, games etc. Best I
have seen so far.
Food doesnt get any tastier in flights.
The domestic flight tickets are the most expensive in the indian skies but the cheapest in the international sector!
Though I liked everything about jet airways, I felt kingfisher offer you more for less money in indian sky.
When
I fly from UK, I prefer Srilankan( for their gorgeous hostesses) and
british airways in spite of their crap service bcas of direct flights
from london to chennai.
In summary, Jet scores well in every
aspect, but I bumped into better alternatives and would use jet, if
tickets are not available in them.
