I recently traveled BOM - DEL
-BOM via Jet Lite & let me tell you the service has really improved. I had traveled
this airline before and was very disappointed. Due to high recommendation of my
travel agent I once again decided to give it a try.
The first thing I noticed that they haven’t chg the uniforms of their
crew, nor the logo on the planes but I think during the course of time it will
happen.
Food was the only the problem, but on low cost airline one should not crib.

BOM - DEL flight was on time and it
reached 5 min before the scheduled time of arrival.
There was a delay of 45 min during my return journey, which I thing there is
space for improvement for every low cost airline.
I would recommend this airline for people traveling frequently, one may
experience occasional delay remember everyone has a bad day.
