I had booked the ticket on internet and tried to cancel it on line but after I selected the passengers (I did it at least 15-20 times), it errors outs saying that it cannot be done. Then I called on the phone. After waiting for 15 mins one person picks up and once he knows that I want to cancel my ticket, he says that this is jet airways, you need to call to jetlite (Don’t know how it happened, I had taken the number from Jetlite website). Thankfully he said he will directly connect me to the jetlite. Again it took 7 more minutes for someone to pick up the phone. He took all the details and once he get to know that it is for cancellation on ticket. He hangs up the phone.
I don’t know how one can cancel/modify booking other than these two methods?
Please do share your experience regarding Jetlite.
