The checkin facilities has to be looked into as it needs support of special customer service quality manpower deployed in the counters.The sitting space & the flight attendants are quite courteous & well mannered.The punctuality aspect need to be reviewed & schedule timely departures need attention.The Human factor need to be paid attention as it is vital for building relationship.the daily fight scedules are to be maintained in time & the luggage checkin facility , has to be reviewed with care. The passengers travelling to destinations should be provided with support in their journey to avoid discomfort.
