When I booked a honey moon package for my brother and his
new wife to goa on air sahara’s package deal, little did I know the hell they would endure.
the flight (on 18.12.2002) took off 4 hours late, air sahara only has 4 planes versus 40 by Jet and 50 of Indian airlines. the couple reached goa to find no AC taxi waiting for them as promised by Shara, so they had to take a cab at their own expense 45 Kms (600 Rs) to find that Sahara had not confirmed the booking with the hotel, and they had to spend to spend their first night in goa at some unknown beach resort. Nobody at Sahara is prepared to listen, they
are a big shot organisation into many different areas, not
focused on aviation like Jet and Indian Airlines. I definitely think I should have paid Rs. 2, 000 extra to Jet or Indian Airlines and gotten a better experience.
