This review MAY work as a guiding tool while selecting domestic airlines ( though I know there are hardly any wide choices... but atleast one can differentiate / choose between a BAD , VERY BAD and ULTIMATE BAD Airline. )
It has been a general trend to criticise Indian Airlines on every occasion and in most cases, the critics are correct .... But of the late , I have started believing that rest two are equally bad ........ Coming to Sahara Airlines, they are ’’EMOTIONALLY OURS’’.... but practically NOT OURS. I have travelled a couple of times and both were horror experience...
I got a feeling that crew were ’’made’’ to be polite ....On that particular flight , they were offering Veg food packets to Non Vegeterians ... Non-veg packets to Vegeterians .... Diabetic food to Vegeterians ( Myself ) and jain food to Non vegeerians.... no planning at all !! Food was served like free ’’Prasad’’ to devotees...
Secondaly , ground staff too was not as efficient as one would like ...
The bid-win offeres were purely USELESS and I dont understand who actually bids for it since one can easily get a better product at the same price somewhere else !
