I have travelled with Sahara just once. Way back in 1998. Fortunately I have (and never would )travlled with it again, prefering airlines like Jet or IA to this.
The reason I say this is because of the kind of service these people provide. So we were supposed to board this flight from Delhi to Chennai. It was 5 hours late. God knows what took this plane so long to come from lucknow. Even a shatabdi can get you faster than this plane. Something like in 4.5 hours. Once in the flight, the crew were patheticx. Well they were well dressed an all but when I asked for another lemon juice after it was served the first time, the hostess looked at me as if I just swore on her or something.
I mean what the hell.. firstly they were 5 hours late and then they don’t even provide what they should. That night I missed my FIFA world cup final between France and Germany. And I guess IA and Jet are scores better than this. Maybe it has changed though since I have not touched or even tried coming close to Sahara since then.
