Pathetic customer service

I had purchased a ticket from air Sahara on the 10th of May. I had to cancel it later. Air Sahara said that they will refund back the amount to me within 45 working days !! In this e-age Air sahara takes such a long time to refund the money. So far so good, I thought that at the end of 45 days I would get my money back. But I was in for a big surprise.....there was no trace of the money. I have called Air Sahara atleast 5-6 times, every time they say that the money will definitely be credited within 5-6 working days and still there is no sign of the money...


Last I have heard is that they will take 10 working days.....i dont know when I will get my money back..i am contemplating going to Consumer court for this...then only these guys will wake up


The bottom line is: dont ever fly Air Sahara, if u happen to cancel ur ticket, there is no gurantee that you will get your money back.
