Since I had a very bad experience with BID and WIN offer by Sahara airlines, I had written that, others should not opt for this offer!
But now I am glad to tell that, this offer is working fine now! There are no bad experiences in last 4-5 bids I have participated. Products are handed over at the airport only and otherwise, gift vouchers are given. So no more delays of courier delivery!

Please NEVER go for Bid ’n Win offer by Air Sahara.
My father participated for the same while travelling by Air Sahara from Bhubaneshwar to Pune on 28th October, 2003.
He won an A1 item (Kitchen Utensils Set - Silver Plated - 101 Nos) for Rs. 1550 in the bid. But since it was not readily available with you, he was told that it will be sent by Courier within 15 days.
He paid the entire amount of Rs. 1750 (Rs. 1550 for the item + Rs. 200 for Courier) on Pune Airport. We have the Receipt of Sahara Welfare Foundation (Receipt No. 141092) for this paid amount.
Even after 40 days from the payment date, we have still not received the item !!!
We have also written e-mail to Sahara Office at Pune, but NO RESPONSE yet.
