Yeah, my heading gives it away, doesn’t it? It’s been a long time since I saw a movie so smart yet unassuming as this one. The story is nothing spectacular, but the treatment of the young film is nothing short of delightful, We’re all in for a pleasant surprise with Jhankaar Beats.
Juhi Chawla is amazing as the supporting and sensible wife. Sanjay Suri is simply brilliant..I might have a bit of a crush, actually... and Rahul Bose’s timing is just impeccable! Also, to add to that, I was also surprised with Rinkie Khanna’s performance.. subtle, yet so efficient. Overall, a wonderful movie that every movie buff should watch.. especially, if you want a break from terrible movies like MAIN PREM KI DIWANI HOON, and other Kareena disasters... Watch it!
