Ok, this is my first review after a long time now tat I am back on mouthshut n I feel really horrible 2 b writing 1 4 such a pathetic movie.the banner was yash raj films, an ensemble star cast of star sons & top bolly wood actresses, lots of punjabi pop/rock songs & some shots of london thrown in, seems exciting??well, 2 the average cine goer it wud especially after the title track done by the big b is all over the film in different variations....
Storyline:
Is tat sumthing which existed in the dictionary of the director or the producer????well, i will hav mercy on ppl n reveal it all so u don hav 2 experience the horrific 2 & 1/2 hours of torture tat I underwent...the story(if u can call it 1) begins wid the title track done by amitabh bachchan(as I already mentioned)...so far so good....enter small ab wid his puffy face pro guru n patchy performance added 2 tat of a misfit punjabi in london..so, he meets up wid pretiy(pretty) whos a pakistani frm karachi settled in london...ab’s supposedly doing a pirated dvd business n in attempt 2 flirt wid the girl cooks up a story of a fiancee called anaida(lara) frm france whos on a train frm birmingham 2 london..this in reply 2 the girl’s lie tat she is engaged....so how can our girl b left behind????
she cooks up another story tat she is married 2 a half british half indian miilionaire called steve(boobby)(watver)...then the title track is played again wid some variation...then another song wid the 2 imagining each other widout anaida or steve(how charming???)...then the usual fare of the 2 falling in love wid each other, their imaginary fiancees being totally different in reality, n the 2 meeting in the end widout much trouble...n guess wat the title track is played again wid another variation...yes the title track is played around 7-8 times in the film wid various variations..n yes I 4got 2 mention, don b fooled by the promos guys this film jus contains amitabh in the title track doing an item no n not as an actor , so thers another reason not 2 watch the movie..
Goofs:
lara dutta is shown 2 b a paki settled in france who speaks hindi wid a french accent but in the song ticket 2 hollywood she speaks her lines in chaste hindi..did she go 4 hindi classes b4 dancing n singing aroun meaninglessly wid abhishek???
