First of all They don’t give following: Offer letter;Appointment letter;relieving letter; political minded bosses;they would not make you rise if you perform well and force you to resign without any reasons;If you ask reasons then they say how you dare to ask them and we don’t have manners bala bala; if you don’t perform then you will be thrown within 1 or 2 months.I am talking about the marketing departments;you have to listen abuses regularly .The condition of other departments is worse then this.
