Some of the reviews are positively bad here! I was very anxious about whether I should take up the offer with JAL and decided that I would get it a try(the compensation was the best, I had among 3 offers). I found the location to be distant and the work load to be quite high but the seniors here are really helpful. They have helped me through my first six months and I am a confirmed employee now. The food is excellent and I am planning to move my family to Jindal Nagar as well(education is pretty good here). I see excellent co-ordination between various departments and the work environment is positive. I have had no reason to complain so far expect may be about Saturdays being working days too.
