Worst technical and customer support

There’s no internet connectivity since last 24 to 30 hours. Raised a complain at 11:30 am on Thursday 28th 2024, but no resolution yet, it’s been more than 30 hours now. The field engineer is yet to visit to troubleshoot the issue, when asked he is very rude and passing on the blame on another engineer, when called the customer care, the call centre agent is rude too and least bothered about the customer or customer experience. There’s no SLA set at jio o resolve customer issues, there’s no process to handle any technical or customer issues, worst company to tag with. I recommend all the jio customers to switch to other broadband connection, at least they resolve the issue in 6 to 8 hours. I couldn’t find a process an escalate the issue within Jio but to write this review.
