I am using Jio Fiber in Dehradun and I paid 12months advance plan. In case of relocation to another state the annual subscription money will not be refunded or get adjusted with my new connection. I am losing close to 8000Rs in this process. The worst part is Jio’s customer care response, I spoke to the customer care agent twice and wrote two emails on this case. Till now no one from Jio connected with me to resolved the issue. jio claims that they are a national wide brand, but they don’t have proper support for relocation. I will never recommend Jio Fiber to anyone.
