I have been a customer of their rival broadband for many years, however there were some issues with their 5G(2-3 drops a day). Jio Fiber was newly laid and decided to give it a try(Biggest mistake). Paid~2500 for 3 months. Post connection, speed was hardly 70Mbps on a 100Mbps line. The other issue was 5G would drop 10-15 times a day. As 2.4 G network barely managed speeds of 10Mbps, the connection became major headache. Called tech a few time, who tried some basic troubleshooting(restart, reset, channel change etc). Nothing worked so we decided to apply for disconnection. It has been a nightmare ever since. Their policy is 7 days for router collection and 14 working days for refund.
Now they will keep postponing router collection so they dont have to refund. They will send message that customer rescheduled collection, where no contact was made. I am not sure at this point when money will be returned.
