I thought it was only a waste of money but these people are harassing me by generating false bills.
They collected the setup box and remote on 29th Dec 2023.I moved to a new add on the 1st of Jan 2024. They informed me that the service is not avail in the new add. They stopped service on the 1st of Jan.
I called Jio c/s in the first week of Jan 2024 they informed me that the service is canceled. I had recharged on 29th Dec and they informed me the service was stopped by 1st of Dec.
They did not cancel the service. they cannot provide the service but they are still billing me.
Calling for the bill that I have not used?
they are saying I did not cancel the service.I did not know that Jio employees leave their brains at home.
THEY CANNOT PROVIDE SERVICE

THEY CAN ONLY GENERATE BILLS.
