Before connection they did not told us that they have 5Ghz router. My laptop only supports 2.4GHz.
Also they have capped download speed for 2.4GHz to 45 MBPS and upload speed around 30 MBPS while other ISPs provide more speed with 2.4 GHz.
Their assistant manager was so rude with me.
Disappointed with JIO FIber . Thumbs down.
