I had been using Jio services (both Jio prepaid and Jio Fiber for home) for more than a year. Since the last two months there were so many internet disruptions and the customer support are just sitting ducks doing nothing. First I changed my Jio Sim with Airtel postpaid (network is reliable in Gurgaon area) and then now I have changed my JioFiber with Airtel Fiber. Thanks for such a pathetic experience. I should be giving zero for this...
