You just call the Customer care for new connection, team will reach to you in no time and initiate the connection process in no time. Very quick in installation of new connection. But forgets the costumer after that. Frequent disconnections does not allow you to work in rhythm. I switched from personal to business plan considering business plans must be good, but of no use. Service provider does not take your call, chat services keeps you hanging around, giving no clues to opt for what next.
Overall a dissatisfied experience……
