Customer Support and quality of STB

Set top box auto rebooting very frequently. Not able to raise a technical complaint since they stopped taking calls from customer. Even stopped responding to email complaints. WhatsApp assistant and MyJio help center are worst since fed with default/limited query to opt. Basic thing of frequent rebooting is not provided. Got fed up from past one month to get resolve this issue. Technicians will tell they require complaint numbers from office to help.
