I had shifted to another location and applied for relocation, the jio team came and sold me a better modem and told you can get the old one disconnected easily...but it’s. Been five months now and i have applied more than five times but no one comes to collect the fibre setup boxes ...and as per process they will issue only after the same.. the request gets cancelled... Very dissatisfied and feel cheated
