JioAirFiber - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The Absolute Worst Service and a Complete Scam!
I am writing this review to warn everyone to stay as far away from JioAirFiber as possible. My experience has been a nightmare of epic proportions, and I want to save you the headache and financial loss that Ive endured.
In April 2024, I made the colossal mistake of getting a JioAirFiber connection and, to my eternal regret, paid for an entire year upfront. Everything was fine until November 2024, when I needed to relocate my connection due to a house move. Thats when the horror story truly began.
JioAirFibers "solution" to relocation was to essentially rob me. They told me I had to take a brand new connection, paying another three months worth of fees. They promised that after those three months, they would refund my remaining balance from the original one-year payment in the form of vouchers, which I could then use for my monthly bills. This sounded terrible, but I was stuck.
Fast forward five months. Five months of endless calls. Five months of being passed around to different customer service agents, each one giving me the same infuriating, useless response: "Next month, sir/madam, next month." Five months of being blatantly lied to.
I have received absolutely nothing. No vouchers. No refund. No resolution. Just a black hole of customer service ineptitude and blatant dishonesty. They have effectively stolen my money.
JioAirFiber doesnt care about its customers. They make promises they have no intention of keeping. Their customer service is a joke, designed to wear you down until you give up. This company is running a scam, and I am the victim.
