Jio Fiber has been the most frustrating service I have ever used. The internet speed is nowhere near what they promise, and the connection drops multiple times a day. Streaming, video calls, and even normal browsing become impossible.
The customer support is extremely poor — they take days to respond and give no proper solution. Technicians keep delaying visits and the issue never gets permanently fixed.
For the price they charge, the service quality is totally unacceptable. I would not recommend Jio Fiber to anyone.
