Two months ago, i brought this service of jio for my online classes and for watching webseries on TV. The speed is good it is upto 25-30 mbps but as they mentioned they will provide speed of 125mbps, so it doesn’t have that nuch speed. But i must say that there is no network problem so i am getting 25 mbps of speed constantly and daily, and at that price it is good because previously i was having BSNL router it didn’t give me that much speed consistently, so as compare to that it is good. Although they call for recharge purpose in every two days and i am getting rid of it, so that’s worst thing. Also they have given a facility of phone calls in this, and they have given a telephone number for four devices. Overall it is good as compared to others but as per thier concern, it is not upto that, but it is satisfactory. But i used to watch movies from netflix on my TV by using jio fibre, and it is so good that i watched the movie in 1080p without any buffering so it is good. But at that price of recharge rs:- 399, so it is too good for that price.
Service :- I must say that service is too good because whenever i call the customer care, they listen to me and sort out my problem which i am facing, so in case of service it is good.
