I made my biggest mistake of my life by using jio, Initial I recharge for 6 months with 30 Mbps but the speed was so slow that even I can’t run a 480p video on it. Then Jio customer support scammed me by saying that your pack speed is low so u need to upgrade it and I did but still it is worse. so got scammed. Now when I ask them to fix it, they raise a service request and the engineer visits and say every thing is fine from our side. So I contact the Cx support again they do the same thing or just disconnect the call. When I say I wana Take to some one like senior/ manager, same response every time not available. Now when I am asking for refund they say we can not.
