When you take new connection the sales team(Devraj) in my area promises that if you pay in advance for 6 months you get 15 days free and for 12 months you get 1 month free. This is advertised by Jio right from day 1 of their launch. But it never happens. The sales team(Devraj) stops taking calls when you call them and customer supports just reply to talk to sales team. Both blame each other.
They give you used router and set top boxes(packed with tape). Some times these have issues and they never replace it.
You never get all the promised channels and OTTs. Customer care has only one response - restart your set top box.
In all, avoid Jio fiber if possible.
