I was using jio fiber for almost 2years, during the period raided lot of complaints, but tickets were closed without resolving issues, and recently I relocated to another place where jio service not available hence I am forced to surrender the setup box and router, but request raised on 17 the March 2022, as per their protocol the the process has to be completed within 21 days, but request were closed without resolving and I am running behind them for refund.
So please be careful with jiofiber
