Subscribing to JIO-FIBER has been the biggest regret. The customer service is so pathetic. It takes a week for them to schedule inspection. Another to week to figure out the solution. Every step of the way is delaying and frustrating. I had ordered JIO set top box and its been a week since the slot I selected for installation.
I have lose internet for 10 days in a month and still paid them full amount, being an IT professional, I need stable network.
From all of my experiences with the customer support, I get the feeling they are less on manpower and the people working there dont really care much about the service or market reputation.
