feedback about Jiofibre .Worst services they are providing.
with False commitment . I have registered my self for a new connection on 6th Aug 2020, their sales manager committed me that I would get the connection withing 1 day as DP is already installed at my House for neighbour connection. so I paid immediately 4032 on 6th Aug( installation charges, prepaid amount and security amount).
After that No one contacted me . next day I got the message from Jio installation visit scheduled on 9th Aug . I found myself cheated .well I waited till that day and jio team told me some power issue in DP, and told me it will be resolved in within 2-3 days then they will installed the connection.
They rescheduled installation visit to 14th Aug .i waited for their engineer but no one has come then I called to customer care . I was told engineer visit rescheduled on 15th Aug and Power issue in DP has been resolved so you will get the connection on 15th anyhow.
again I waited on 15th Aug.No one has come .they are really worst and without informing me jio team rescheduled engineer visit to 19th Aug 2020. . I called them and asked them to cancel my application for new connection .but they were not cancelling it and again assure me for next day installation .mean 16th Aug morning 10 AM you will get a connection. as they they generated the Service Request for that " SR000011YXXO"
I waited in the morning and found the engineer visited but some issue with DP( Power and fibre Slicing) so they are not able to provide the connection now.
This is the way they treating or Cheating the Customer .
Dear Friend, I strongly recommend - don’t use JioFibre.
they are providing connection in 1-2 days but now 10 days has been passed and I am still struggling for connection setup.
This is the 3rd class service by any telecom service provider
due to this, I have lost my business every day.
Who will pay the loss - Should I go to consumer court?
Take the connection from some reliable/committed company don’t trust that company(Jio.com) that is only taking care of money, not People
