I was having prepaid connection of jio fiber.
Due to some speed issue I called technician who advised to get new router with better range and speed
I thought that he would upgrade the prepaid but instead he installed another postpaid connection.
I placed request for the cancellation of postpaid.
Now no one is coming to pickup device and I am given new date every other day. I have given advanced rent of rupees 3536/-which i have not used as my postpaid has been inactivated. I am unable to get it till device is picked up. I have been trapped in catch 22 situation. No one give any no. of higher authorities.
