I have booked a jiofiber connection on 28th September 2024. As Jio is brand of Reliance, I had a good service expectation but regret to give a feedback that condition is pathetic now.
Technician from jio visited on 2nd October & while installation he found some technical fault & took back the device. It didnt worked a single day but later was surprised to receive invoice .
After various followups, they said that on this booking number , by mistake an installation was done elsewhere by technician & hence money will get refund & then only I have to again apply for the connection as per Jiofiber set rule
