I had a Jio fiber remote issue and lodged a complaint. The technician had the audacity to close my complaint without resolving. To add I was informed that I did not allow him to take pictures of the resolved issue.
It’s a complete disgust where we need to follow up for worthless staff of Jio Fiber.
