I have applied for Jio Fiber on 26th January, Sales guy came early at 9am and took Rs 3182 from me. Showed us speed etc.Next day one engineer calls and says he can’t install as the apartment is of 14 floor and they can install only in an apartment of upto 8th Floor high rise. He has assured I will get the money back by Thursday. But actually my order is not even cancelled. If I call jio customer care it doesn’t take me anywhere- just gives me the update. The sales man is now not responding. He scammed Rs 3182 from my home and this is horrible. The sales person’s number is Hi I have paid Rs3182 on 26th January and the sales guy checked the speed etc and confirmed. After that the engineer called and said he can’t install because it’s a 13 floor apartment and he can install only in an apartment of upto 8floor. Can someone from Jio help me?
