I had ordered grocery items on 14th of March 2022 and on the delivery date it was cancelled automatically after my conversation with the customer service I came to know it was technical issue so I re-ordered on 16th of March 2022 and again it was cancelled on the day of delivery that was 19th of March 2022 when I asked for the issue they again replied to me it was a technical issue so I asked them that I had ordered for groceries which are important to me I am should have been delivered at time as it is not fulfilled any of the above mentioned date so I asked for a compensation over this so the company is telling me it is not providing me any compensation over this and I’m not sure hereafter if they would provide me the valued service as I am a regular customer of every month to the Jio mart and still this is the service they give to a customer while running a huge business is in their job to fulfil the customers requirement and if they have some issues they should also compensate to the customer as the customer has given their valuable time and money. No proper solution is been provided by the customer care service people know solution provided by my emails they are just apologised and sorry which doesn’t make any sense that they won’t repeat it again at least I want a written statement that this won’t be repeated again for which they are not at all liable they don’t want to even draft a mail regarding same . So citizens we should unite and take some strict action against these policies and fun making people of the customer of their money and their time.
