I’ve placed order twice using Jio App and both the times the delivery was next day, so my experience has been good with JIO for timeline.
I ordered snacks the first time and next time it was tea. Both the times items were accurate and packaging was good, so experience with product and packaging was also good.
I’d suggest to order branded items in less quantity and use COD.
Update 1- Now in last 1 month I’ve ordered multiple items from Jio and the delivery has always be on time and accurate. Some of the items ordered were - Wheat, rice, pulses, spices, bread, etc. everything was as expected, economical and on time delivered.
