I had ordered multiple products from JIO Mart and observed that many a times the order is never delivered but the status show as delivered on the website. Products are added randomly in the bill but occasionally is not delivered and when you realize that you have been cheated then the customer services takes you for a ride as they are equally clueless as to what is happening and you have to run from one pillar to the other for a refund support but in vain. The call center sucks as they keep you waiting for ages and then drop the calls. Twitter handle is never checked or responded by anyone, Overall the service really sucks. I thought of sticking to Indian company for service but had major issues and I should say that non Indian companies like Amazon play a wonderful role her who are fabulous in their customer service and resolution time.
