After a serious waste of time in downloading, exploring and writing review for this junk app. Whatever reviews you see on Play Store more than 1 star seriously they are either paid or fake reviews.
I am unable to understand that here are 8/10 reviews are 1 Star still Jio Mart App is rated as Average 4.8 Star on Play Store. It is unbelievable, I think it’s a corporate big deal involved in their review system(Writing it after genuine Google Play Store Console experience.) Where any app can come down in their ratings just after receiving a single one star review, it is out of my mind how it is 4.8 Star?
Anyway let’s speak about the App UI of the App is too busy with lot of waste offers, and when you click on the offers or products you will find that the either MRP, or the price of the product is increased comparatively to other e-commerce platforms. An on the increased price you will have a discount offer. What an idea to make a fool of innocent customer base of your telephony.
The developer team failed in implementing a simple sort and filter, search capability. You search for any product for example try searching for’Atta’ or’Wheat Flour’ or’Atta 10 Kg’ you will end up with a endless scroll without’Atta’ first, second you will see a list of several other flours except what you are searching for, Third the pack size you mentioned 10 Kg, the hell App will show you products with 500 Gms, 1 Kg etc.
Worst E-Commerce App I have ever experienced. I don’t understand what was the hurry to launch this App, it their testing was not finished.
I think their Project Manager was under pressure for the launching of the App, their UAT is yet not finished or they have deployed their development phase App on Play Store. Feeling shitty and pity on wasting time on that App.
Overall, guys please do some homework and spend some more time on UAT before shifting any App to Prod. Worst UX, need to think again, finally I am not going to download the app ever or even suggesting to download!
