Today I am going to review about "jio Mart" my experience was JIO mart is not good Reliance jio is a well known brand but their service is not good.
In jio mart app I had order some grocery from your jio mart after place order I had paid online amount that is 1084 after that got message we will deliver your product within 4 days, so after 4 days I am waiting for my order.
Delivery boy called me and asked for address if I already mention my detail address when placing order then, he has to fetch that data instead that he ask me about address anyway, I said my detailed address.
After that he came and delivered my product after checking there is a only four Items available one item is missing so I asking him about missing item then he said I don’t know as per your order pack this items and I am going to deliver as per their instructions.
But before going to delivery he has to check all customers and given items it’s correct or not? my one item is missing delivery boy said me please call customer care? for this enquiry so it’s worst service.
After called service centre they said we will send to your five items via our jio mart store so who is responsible? delivery boy said ask to customer care, customer care said ask to jio Mart or delivery boy.
Very bad service given to me its very bad experience, I have a face and forget about my 200 rupees of missed iem,
I will never buy from your jio mart app
