Ordered groceries from Jiomart on 12th April and not delivered even till 16th.The app showed the delivery to be on 14 th.The customer care is full of inexperienced people who are not aware and cannot even take action.They can just write a complain on which there would be no action.Dont go for the online jio app shopping as they will never deliver on time and on the top the customer services are pathetic.The app is crap with no minimum options.
