Jio International Roaming Services found to be totally useless and waste of time and efforts.
Recently I came to US and tried to get International Roaming Services so that I can get OTP / SMS to make online transactions. I did recharge of 666 and requested for International Roaming Services. But it didn’t get through, I contacted Jio IR services and interacted with them 5 / 6 times.
Every attempt a new person will come online
You waste your time and efforts to narrate the whole damn story again and again and again - no end.
First they took my mail ID and local mobile number - no feedback, no outcome
Again they took the whole story and escalated the complaint - still no result
Again they asked me to recharge for 10 - no result
Again they said - try by changing your handset / device ???
Though some random SMSs are received during day time of India time but no SMS / OTP received when needed.
Absolutely Garbage system and services - of no use to the customer.
